Training Method

Teresa’s coaching methods combine Mongolian contortion, rhythmic gymnastics, and strength training. Her classes consist of targeted muscle conditioning, active flexibility, and deep, passive stretching. She will teach you exactly how and when to engage and relax your muscles to safely move your body into controlled, beautiful positions. Flexibility training can be intimidating, but with her guidance and knowledge, she will help you push through your fears and build a strong mindset. Teresa analyzes students bodies and movement patterns to correct any imbalances and build end-range flexibility strength, so students can feel safe exploring the body’s full mobility and enhance their skills on that foundation. With her unique coaching style focused on correcting improper movement patterns and strengthening muscles into longer fibers, Teresa creates space for students to feel welcomed, inspired, and grow their self-confidence. Most importantly, she wishes to guide people in their own creativity and create an unbreakable mind-body connection.
